If there is a deadline for when you wish to receive the goods by please email us and let us know.
If the items are in stock they are despatched within 48 hours. Certain items may need to be ordered in, which could take between 3-10 working days. We will advice you as soon as possible if this is the case.
If you need the goods DELIVERED WITHIN 2 DAYS of your order and they are in stock, simply select the option at the checkout.

Our 'No Quibble Return Guarantee' means we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied every time you purchase from us.
To help you to do this we give you 14 days to return your purchases for a full refund or exchange.
Non faulty items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. This covers the cost of having to order an item especially to fulfill the order and will be no more than £5. Typically this will be the higher range items (eg: Shirley of Hollywood)
If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please return the item unused within 14 days, in its original condition ( in original packaging) to:-

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded or Special Delivery). If an item is not returned via traceable means we can not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
Replacements
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged. For faulty items we will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
